Role: Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer

Mission:

You’ll be part of the global Data and Analytics (DNA) team at Simply Business, helping drive data-driven decision making across the organization. Your mission will be to provide high-impact analytical support to business stakeholders, measure and evaluate product value streams, and ensure product investments deliver maximum value. As a trusted advisor, you’ll translate business needs into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and customer conversion.

Location: US-based (Hybrid / details 8 days/month)

Salary: Up to 99K USD

Work authorization: This role requires you to be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications (3+ years of experience):

• Experience in data & analytics, with a preference for operational analytics
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or similar)
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing data models (dbt is a plus)
• Experience integrating new data sources and working with ETL pipelines
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate use cases into analytical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, especially when presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working as a self-starter in a globally distributed team
