This is a long-term contract position with potential for extension. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and configuring network devices, cabling and patching, physical layer troubleshooting and maintenance, break fixes, and MACs.
Main Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of network devices
- Cable management and patching
- Physical layer troubleshooting; Break Fixes; MACs
- Familiarity with Cisco switches and routers - loading configurations
- Understanding of local and wide area networking fundamentals
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year relevant experience in a data center environment
- Cisco CCENT, CCNA certifications
