Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions across diverse industries.
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence .
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting .
- Contribute to deal origination efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of direct investment banking experience (M&A or Capital Markets focus preferred).
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation .
- Ability to thrive in a lean team structure and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ties to Minneapolis (currently based or willing to relocate due to personal/professional connections).
