Job Description

LHH is looking for an energetic team member to support the Payment Support department of a leading Denver institution. This position will sit on the Payment Support team, where you will oversee daily ACH, wire, and check transaction processing, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding member service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about process improvement and team development.

Location: Onsite in Denver, CO

Work Type: Direct hire

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000+ base salary, depending on relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily processing of ACH, wire, and check transactions
• Ensure compliance with NACHA, Federal Reserve, and other relevant regulations
• Manage, train, and develop Payment Support staff
• Act as subject matter expert for payment operations
• Respond to member and internal requests, disputes, and escalations
• Drive process improvements and support technology upgrades
• Prepare reports and assist with regulatory audits
• Collaborate with other departments and partners to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• AAP certification, preferred
• 7+ years of experience in ACH, wire, or check processing
• 3+ years of staff management experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
