Title: LSSP

Location: Mansfield, TX

Hours: 8am-3:30pm (Monday – Friday) HYBRID

Compensation: $63/hr+ (based on experience)

Environment: We are in need of Hybrid speech language pathologists serving students in their elementary school

Job Description: We are looking for passionate LSSPs for a full-time position in the Bastrop area who can start asap and provide support for the rest of the 2025-2026 school year. You will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct 6–7 psych evaluations per month across multiple campuses district-wide (about 2 per week)
• · Work in a hybrid model, with on-site evaluations and remote report writing.
• · Manage caseloads using a structured, point-based system.
• · Participate in virtual or in-person team meetings to present findings.
• · Collaborate with campus staff (LCPs) to ensure timely, high-quality evaluations.
• · Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all special education regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

· TX LSSP License
