Technical Dispatcher Location Hybrid remote in Wauwatosa, WI :

3Fold IT is an I.T. Managed Services provider based out of Grafton, WI. We are looking to hire a Technical Dispatcher for our Tech Services team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for someone just out of school that has a customer service based mindset or a Tier 1 support person looking for a new opportunity.

The primary responsibility of this position is to answer calls from clients and log tickets. Additionally, you will be monitoring multiple ticket queues to triage and escalate tickets to the appropriate people.

The ability to learn quickly, attention to detail and customer facing professionalism are paramount to being successful in this role.

Our intent is to develop this resource into a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Support Engineer.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or better in an Computer Science discipline or at least 1 Year of documented experience working in a help desk environment.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• Must pass a standard employment and criminal background checks
• Functional knowledge of basic I.T. networking and end user computing.

This position will be full time in our office for the first 90 days minimum after which, the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week will be possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
