Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product formulations to meet customer specifications and maintain consistent quality standards
- Apply scientific methods to analyze results, monitor industry advancements (including radiation cure technology), and investigate customer concerns
- Document technical findings through reports, manage data in ERP systems, and support ISO compliance efforts
- Collaborate with suppliers and train lab personnel while evaluating raw materials and ensuring smooth lab operations
- Support operational tasks including customer visits, hazardous waste handling, and proper labeling in accordance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field
- Background in energy-curable coatings, inks, or adhesives (radiation cure technology)
Salary: $75k-$100k
